英语小故事带译文【三篇】第一篇：不要把好东西扔掉 A man is going to the house of a rich man. He sees a box of good apples by the road. He says, “I don’t want them, because the rich man will give me a lot of good           food.” Then he takes the apples and throws them into the  dustbin. 　　

有一个人要到一个富人家里去在途中，他看到一箱很好的苹果他说：“我不需要它们，因为富人会给我许多好吃的”于是他拿起苹果将它们扔进了垃圾箱 　He comes to a river. The water in the river is very deep    and he can’t get across it. He says to himself, “I can’t go to the rich man’s house today. ” So he goes home. 　　。

他来到一条河边河里的水很深他过不去他自言自语说：“我今天去不成富人的家了”于是他回家了 　　He has nothing to eat the day. He is very hungry, so he    comes to the apples. 　　。

这一天他什么都没吃，他很饿，所以他又找苹果去了Don’t throw good things away, you may be glad to have them sometimes. 　　不要扔掉好的东西，你可能偶尔会用到它们。

第二篇：愚蠢的父亲和儿子Mr Smith and his son Jim rent a boat from Mr Green. They find a very good place and catch a lot of fish. Now it is   late and they are going home. 　　

史密斯先生和他的儿子吉姆，从格林先生那里租了一条船他们找到了一个非常好的地方并抓到了许多鱼天色已经很晚了，他们要回家了Jim says, “I’ll come here again tomorrow.” 　　。

吉姆说：“我明天还要再来这里” 　　“Yes, me too.” say his father. “But how can we get      back and find the right place again?” “I can make a    mark   on the side of the boat.” Jim answers. 　　。

“是的，我也是”他的父亲说“但是我们怎么回来并找到正确的地方呢?”“我可以在船的一侧做个记号”吉姆回答道 　　The father laughs and says, “No, that’s foolish! Mr Green won’t give us the same boat next time.” 　　。

父亲大笑说道：“不那太愚蠢了!格林先生下次不会给我们同一条船的。”

第三篇：老人和老猫 An old man has a cat. The cat is very old, too.一个年迈的老人养一只猫这只猫也非常老了He runs very quickly. And his teeth are bad. 。

她跑得很快，但是牙齿很糟糕One evening, the old cat sees a little mouse.一天晚上，这只老猫看见一只小老鼠He catches it, but he can’t eat it because his teeth are    not strong enough. The mouse runs away.。

它抓住了小老鼠，但是它却吃不了它，因为它的牙齿不够锋利了这只小老鼠逃跑了The old man is very angry. He beats his cat. He says:“You are a fool cat. I will punish you!”。

老人很生气，他打了小猫，并且对它说：“你这只蠢猫!我要惩罚你!” The cat is very sad. He thinks：“When I was young, I worked hard for you. Now you don’t like me because I’m  too old to work. You should know you are old, too.”  

猫非常伤心，它想：“在我还年轻的时候，我为你努力工作。现在你却因为我太老了不能工作而不喜欢我。你应该知道你也老了。”
