  The 5th Graduate Symposium on Chemistry and Materials Science will be held in University of Science and Technology of China, November 30th, 2019 to December 1st, 2019.

【年会简介】Introduction of the Symposium本次学术年会交流形式分为大会特邀报告、分会报告和墙报三部分年会的分会报告主要面向我院在读研究生（博士研究生与硕士研究生）征集【化学、材料相关】学术论文（摘要），并要求报告人必须自行准备与论文内容相关的尺寸为。

60cm×80cm的电子版墙报一张本次年会的分会场报告可作为博士生毕业要求的可靠认证，并且设立相关奖项并颁发奖金和荣誉证书The symposium includes special invited report, branch report, and the poster display. 。

The branch meeting of the  symposium is mainly held for graduat students and Ph.D.students in our college who major in 

chemistry and materials science. Reporter is required to prepare an electronic version of the wall poster with a size of 

60cm×80cm. In this symposium, all participants will receive reliable certification for the graduation requirements of doctoral students in chemistry and materials science, and some excellent reports will be awarded with prizes and certificates of honor.

【报告内容和形式】Report content and form   1.报告内容：在读期间完成的学术研究成果（学术类），报告内容必须是以本人为主取得的科研成果，且涉及化学或材料科学领域The cotent of the report must base on the research results of the reporter and related to the chemistry or materials.。

   2. 报告形式：英文口头报告，报告时间为10分钟，评委老师点评讨论2分钟English oral report for 10 minutes and discussion for 2 minutes。

【报名方式】Registration Form请有意参加各分会场报告的同学于2019年11月11日24:00前按要求填写报名表（扫描下方报名表二维码），文件以“姓名+学号+专业”命名，邮件主题为“研究生英文学术年会报名”，

发送至邮箱grj@mail.ustc.edu.cn报名表提交后，将会有年会的同学通知获得参会名额的同学，届时将所需墙报模板发送至各位同学邮箱Please fill in the registration form (scan the QR code of the registration form below), 。

name it as"name + student number + major", with the subject of "Registration for Graduate Symposium"and send it 

to grj@mail.ustc.edu.cn before 24:00, November 11, 2019. After the application form submitted, we will inform those who have obtained the quota to attend the meeting, and wall poster template will be sent to your mailbox.
